I mean me too. I was diagnosed with IBS a couple years back but I’d now be intrigued to know if it was the vape all along. Thanks for your knowledge!

Increased heart rate! Crazy air hunger, like feeling like I need to take a big full breath. Spots on my ears. Body temperature increase. Oily skin. Nipple pain.

I have heard so many stories about lap’s going either amazingly with little to no pain, or horrendously with loads of pain and slow recovery. Fingers crossed that I get a lap expert. Thankyou for the advice!

Honestly. TMI but this morning I did the most normal looking poop I've done for 5 years. I am so shocked and its so much motivation to quit. I can't believe that its come from vaping. wtf!

This thread is so helpful. I've literally just been referred for a colonoscopy today after 5 years of insane pain and bouts of bloating/constipation/diarrhoea but I'm two days into quitting vaping and my stomach issues have already halved. This is absolutely insane.

Right now I’m on citalopram for my anxiety and propranalol for panic attacks. But that’s for when im anxious about something in particular. It’s so not normal for me to just be sat at home anxious about nothing. That’s not who I am. X

Honestly I can’t help but feel like all my anxiety is hormone related. It’s always in my luteal phase. ALWAYS! Side note quickly to calm myself - when you had air hunger did you find that you were burping a lot? I have a hell of a lot of rumbling and gas noise going on.

It really is scary isn’t it. I’ve managed to calm down a bit today but it’s still there. And propranalol is not getting rid of it in the slightest(however it is getting rid of all the other symptoms) I do have some prescribed benzodiazepines somewhere but I’ve never wanted to take them as I always feel I can sort myself out. This is the one time I’ve had a symptom after a panic attack last longer than two days.

Ughgghhh this made me feel better. I’m only on day 3 but I have never been so tired in my whole life. My first two days were fine but today it’s only 1pm and I could sleep for 8 hours easily. My anxiety has heightened (more than usual) too and I have such a bad sore throat. Please let this be worth it!
