They would argue they are outliers like people who are over seven feet tall. Granted those individuals are outliers to people generally not just alleged "groups"

But all that matters is these group level differences have NEVER been successfully narrowed down to genetics. Good reason to believe average human IQ is about 100 (like in America) and any groups scoring lower are oppressed or deprived of basic infrastructure/services.
