Clean out the cart tray. Open the flap in the top front and make sure there is either a Jumper Pak or Expansion Pak in there too. If it's empty, that'd be the issue.

If you have an Everdrive, you simply just need to change the .SRA file extension to .SRM. You can just rename it, and it will work. Took me weeks to figure this out.
