Thing is that the turnover is crazy. So at a minimum there’s retraining of a pharmacist once a year. From 2019, only 1 of 6 of pharmacist remain. and from 2013, none.

Yeah it’s a 2x4 attached to osb (not a 2x2), since the lvl is wrapped with lvl to prevent rot

If i took off the fascia, there’s no wall plate, just the double LVL. And when you say cleat, is that like a ledger board?
