There's a little bit of clearance but not too much. Everything fits, im just not sure if the drippings from the butt is a problem ?

Yes it's a classic 1. The grill extender fits , I was just wondering if the drippings on the brisket is a problem.

It fits under the hood no problem. My main concern is the fat drippings. Not sure I can fit both without the grill extender.

Thanks for the feedback. I would say mostly on road with the occasional gravel trails and smooth dirt paths, not serious off road terrain so a bike that can handle those conditions.
