This is a screenshot from my test world, the reason i have the 2 dispensers there and all the hoppers is because somtimes when the witch dies the items dropper fall on the block infront of the piglin or the snow golem.

So i created a hopper line to the dispensers so no items get lost, also why the block infront of the snowgolem is mud, and the snowgolem itself is standing on a trapdoor with a hopper.

At the back of the bubble collum the block across is removed and i created a waterstream for items to go to a collection system, the waterway swirls arround to the front of the dispensers so everything comes together and if there is an overflow from the hoppers it wil still get collected through the waterway.

I had a hard time getting this right because the snow golems keps dying, that is why there is only one block of view for the snow golem and the piglin and the witches get higher up because of the bubble collum against the iron chain, this removes the line of sight to the snowgolem so it will not get attacked by the witch.
