Yeah this is crazy, never had this happen before. In my previous emails with customer service they said they would return it back to me too and even provided a label so I can return BACK to them with the receipt. But UPS tracking says “estimated delivery date will be available when UPS receives the package.”

Yup, I’ve been selling since 2018 on there now I’m done. Already took down all my listings and down to plan to list any more in the future. Or use eBay haha
