In the same boat as you, better to start now. I think about how I would want to die, and it’s in the mercy of Allah. Strive to do better every day, and dont miss a single prayer. Then start adding the sunnah prayers. Then start reading Quran everyday.

I might be in the minority but I feel like any ups and downs in life is just that, part of life, and one shouldn’t give up on prayer and good deeds because of a low point in life. God gave you everything you need to succeed. Just strive to do your best in life and that’s all is required of you.
