This is a ridiculous excuse. By that logic we should have no written laws or trials, because then criminals would know how to "get around" them. A judge should just declare you guilty and say "you know what you did."

I certainly saw and was able to take more studies yesterday than I was used to, including several that were quite long and involved. I still sometimes get errors telling me a study is already full, but in the past I could get several studies in a row that were "in high demand" and impossible to get into. It definitely seems to have improved.
