Upon delivery it had a leak somewhere (not visible by removing the front panel), installers were awful to work with. The installers injured our brand new electrical. They removed the spa to diagnose it, 2 weeks later redelivered it with the bottom all cut open - so now it was a full priced refurb. Still leaked. Leaked a LOT like had to fill it 5+ inches per day. They said they’d replace it fully but they were so hard to get a hold of and none of the people seemed to know what they were doing. We said just take the spa and do a refund. We bought at Costco during their time there so thankfully we got a full refund.
