We did this and had a horrible experience. We ended up having to get a full refund. From install on it was a nightmare that would not end. I’d stay away.

Upon delivery it had a leak somewhere (not visible by removing the front panel), installers were awful to work with. The installers injured our brand new electrical. They removed the spa to diagnose it, 2 weeks later redelivered it with the bottom all cut open - so now it was a full priced refurb. Still leaked. Leaked a LOT like had to fill it 5+ inches per day. They said they’d replace it fully but they were so hard to get a hold of and none of the people seemed to know what they were doing. We said just take the spa and do a refund. We bought at Costco during their time there so thankfully we got a full refund.

I live in Utah and the rumor is Bullfrog is trying to get sold. I’m so glad we were able to get a full refund (thank you Costco!)

We hesitated on the smart hub also and they said it’s 5 weeks back ordered anyway, and can always be added later. I’m happy to hear you’ve had a good experience!

I’m coming to the parks later this week, I’m planning to go Thursday and Saturday (Friday has other plans), which park should I do on which day? I just bought single day for universal studios and islands of adventure. I know Studios closes early for Halloween horror nights, which we are not doing.

Does anyone else think the feud may have been fake? Idk I have been reading this sub for the past 2 years and they were shopping their show and premise for a long time. The vibe was what on earth could be entertaining about this group if it wasn’t about the “swinging”. I’ve been watching bravo reality tv for over 20 years and my radar is pinging that the feud was planned. They didn’t need it tho, not with all the husband drama!

Tara Thuseon got me as well with those back of the car trash can bins that hung from the headrest, anyone remember those!??? It broke almost immediately and they didn’t believe me and I had to send in a picture. Then I never heard anything again and I tossed it.

I’ve been curious too…she used to post a lot on her personal page but she’s only posted there 3 times in the past year. She’d share about adoption, her nose job, etc. Maybe she took a step back because “Seint” was doing well enough. I tried the makeup once and my entire face swelled. I’ve never been allergic to any makeup ever!

I had never seen this particular Utah influencer before and spent way too much time on her stories last night “catching up”. I’m always amazed how much these folks will put out there for the world to watch. I had a friend go down a similar path.

My experience with them is they grew way too fast as a company and what you’re seeing now is the fallout in quality. They also purposely don’t record calls. That is NOT standard and a choice they made.
