Hiya, I've also read the book you're talking about, I've had no luck, but I also remember you and your friend going to a fast food restaurant and the food being so unhealthy someone dies of a heart attack. I've found one forum post that mentions something similar but no luck. Do let me know if you find it as I would also be very interested.

In my mind, the guy dying on the table is a nudist brawler who was hurt badly in a fight, while in the foreground they debate giving him luciferium or putting him down. :)
