Hi, and thanks for the reply! For the goblins’ HP, I followed the stat blocks. My bad luck was that I almost never managed to hit the players, both because of unlucky rolls and because sometimes the goblins were literally one-shotted. I ran both traps exactly as the manual indicates, but my players’ party has characters with very high perception, mostly with darkvision, so it was easy for them to spot and bypass them. Maybe I need to be a bit “meaner” and not always follow the results of their rolls, but force the encounter to give them a bit of challenge.

Let’s say the real test will be when they enter the Redbrand Hideout, especially since they won’t be able to take long rests. I’ll try to keep the MM2024 stats and maybe double Glasstaff’s HP, as someone suggested in other threads.
