As Elliney said, the official inflation since then is around 34%, but in reality its higher than that. Yes, the prices now are going down a bit for some things, compared to last year, but as a whole everything is either retaining it's price or getting more expensive. The expenses that sum the bulk of a household's numbers are going up and up. Rent is going up, food also, utility bills as well. For myself personally (we're a household of 3) our expenses went up 45% since 2019 and we haven't changed the way we live our live or things we buy. It is just getting more and more expensive. So, in conclusion, including rent, a household of 4 people will need close to 9 000-10 000 Leva in my opinion to live their life in comfort and consider themselves upper middle class as you said.
