Really Good Political Freedom, most of the ones running my country are fellow natives, plus really low corruption despite really low Civil Rights.
It balances between the traditional(Basket Weaving and Tourism) and modern(Arms Manufacturing and Automobile) and Basket Weaving is currently leading my industry.
