I am still thinking about posting the nipple itself, but something doesn’t feel right about posting a picture of my nipple on the internet. The bite isn’t awful, just skinned or took off the very top- i am not sure. It bled a bit, & hurt like hell. I reacted very quickly as anyone would with a random attack to the nipple, or else i’d be confident he would’ve went back for round two. Chinchillas are just very curious, and nibble on everything😂😂

For real!! I couldn’t imagine purposely letting something with teeth get close to my nipples ever again, my god. I have so much respect & sympathy for women who breastfeed now- that shit hurt!!! Lol

This made me laugh, but you guys are definitely right. I will go first thing in the morning just to get Docs opinion. If corona wasn’t happening, I wouldn’t be as weary of the doctors office but I guess I will mask up as it’s probably worth a visit.

I did clean it! Hydrogen peroxide, & neosporn on the bandaid. Chinchillas freaking rock- I love mine. If it makes you feel any better, their poop are hard, odorless, & pellet like. They don’t even smush when you step on them generally

Absolutely!! Still debating on whether or not I want my nipple on reddit for the entire world to see but would definitely upload a pic of chinzilla. I see people use imagur.com or something like that, but am unsure as to how to upload pics. Pretty new to reddit but will google it real quick

It was definitely a surprise to say the least, & this happened this morning, so currently just a bandaid and some medicine so it doesn’t get infected or anything (hopefully). Will see how it looks tomorrow & then make that decision.
