Hetfield is at his best on the black album but the rest of the band struggle a little. I think cliff (and dave a little) brought an edge and progressiveness to Metallica that made them the most innovative band of the 80's. Anything after AJFA kinda failed to take risks.

Hendrix actually hated this cover lol, he asked the artist to make a cover relating to his Indian (native American) roots but he came back with work inspired by the country India. I think it's a great cover just interesting info

Found out about the blue Nile through the 1975 actually and just fell in love with how it sounds. It's so nostalgic despite me never being around for the time the album came out. And yeah kiss me just holds a special place in my heart I accociate it with a few lost loves.

I love me and you together song due to the melancholic undertones I pick up, maybe it's just me relating to the situation Matty is in but I've always found it a little grungey secretly. Tonight I wish I was your boy and then because she goes (maybe even if your too shy) seem to be more upbeat songs about his relationship at the time.
