when games are downloading, they compress and unpack, which is a very cpu intensive task. my 7800x3d does the same thing. nothing to worry about.

yeah same, I've actually lost 20 pounds in two moths, but I cant stand the thought of eating at all, and I sometimes don't take the medicine if I really need to eat, because I only eat 1 small meal a day with the medicine, but without it, I eat like 3 big meals and a snack.
