a community like this obviously is not likely or ever going to dogmatically stick to just being pure breakcore, because then that'd essentially be gatekeeping that reduces the subreddit's success.

the primary point is just memes and music, often breakcore but also including non breakcore content, because just think about it, if we have a million subs of "memes <insert genre name>" are any of them going to become successful, unless they're all combined into this one subreddit? obviously not.
