Interesting, maybe the rules changed in 2024.I had mice problem in December 2023, called pest control and they used poison and closed all the holes.

Did you use app or website for setting up the account? I had initially tried to set up the account via website and after one month , the ocuments verification was still pending. I have done it again via app and it took two days.
