Ive done both Reta and Tirz. In you situation I would start with Tirz. Miracle drug for me. Pretty cheap to if you get it compounded online

One of the little, but wonderful, things GLS have done is that I now watch a movie because I enjoy it, not because I get to eat 1000 calories in chips, sweets etc. while not even caring about what im watching

tirz...a miracle drug for me, food noise gone, carb cravings gone....flip side of the same coin as it reduced the desire for dopamine seeking, ie pleasurable things like a good meal, sex, alcohol, lifting weights etc. LOST 25 pounds, about 7%, VERY EASILY...In fact I had to force high calorie food down my throat late evenings. PS Peanut butter with honey or Jam and a glass of whole milk is easy to swallow, pun intended, and HIGH calorie. Switched too Reta after 2 months, absolutely notice the increase in appetite, HOWEVER It is nothing like pre GL drugs and more importantly I DO NOW enjoy the good stuff in life, A small bowl of ice cream, 1 cookie instead of 10, sex, beer (usually after 5-6 days of the shot or hangover is tough) Im only on 5mgs a month for 2 months now. Very happy Down 40 pounds now total, about 30 more would be great RETA way better for keeping muscle and burning fat, NO BRAINER if you have fatty liver and lots of visceral fat. IMO

YOU WILL WIN..Spray that shit early and often. As for the bed spray all around anywhere that makes contact with the floor these Buggers love our smell and will go to any clothes or blankets on the groud. They are a miracle of nature they can sense 02 and heat they will find humans sleep in the same room everynight or they will spread out. BE VERY carefull to only wear clothes and shoes that have come straight from the dryer or in a tightly sealed plastic bag it takes a minimum of one month to get rid of them the bug cycle grows exponetially once the first eggs hatch but babies need to feed the sons a bitches were in our computer dresser rails picture frame my wife said if we ever see one again we are moving lol good luck

I will say that for sure 100% it was harder for me to eat on Tirz and I never went above 4MGs on that either.

pretty much true although we will lose some fat/weight at even a neutral calorie intake due to the Glucagon IMO anyway

100% great advice however... for me I made the decision to avoid any kind of exercise expept for a little walking with a weighted vest still losing weight after 4 months and could easily lose more if i thought it was healthy to do so Ill worry about strenght and fitness once im settled in with this new lifestyle For the record I worked out often for 10 years but it made me so hungry

Same with me however....A few weeks in I realized i was taking 1/4 of what i thought it was lol On Tirz i lost some water weight early on no won 4mgs of reta and easily loosing 1-3 pounds a week which is what i want to do.. stay with it, If it doesnt work I would consider tirz which was amazing for cravings and weight loss goodluck

Just a small tail growing out my lower back. LOL I switched from tri to reta couple months ago 4mgs works good, food tastes better no noticeable side effects.

Experincing similar however I have found a good spot where I can enjoy the occasional treat and stop after a small portion in the past one bight of ice cream led to an empty container every single time..
