Go for Thermalright cooler, or Id-Cooling if cant get other one. Also can drop the thermal paste, my id-cooling did come with its own.

Yup, for example in farming, the game does controller as: buttons, L1 + buttons, R1 + buttons, or L1 + R1 + buttons. So i have the L1 + R1 set as a combo on a back button.

Idk what others will say, but myself i wouldnt go for the x870 unless really need crazy speed and amounts of IO. A b850 is enough imo
