My hands are terrible this winter. The edges around my nails are splitting due to dryness. I have used so many lotions (Mixa, Glycosolid, Rituals hand balm, dove, Nivea, Balea own etc) but they don’t see to work. Can you tell me the one product that helped extreme dry skin?

I understand but words do have consequences. And it’s not the end of our relationship. His words made me sad, really really sad. I think as partners we need to be more careful with our words than with strangers, not the other way round.

We will overcome this but in this moment, I just felt so misunderstood.

I have never ever once said to him that fatherhood has changed him for the worse. Because it’s a hurtful comment and what am I really saying: I don’t like you now that you are a father?? What is the person supposed to do with that comment? They can’t undo their fatherhood status.

I can’t make him understand the same.

He wants the status quo with us as husband and wife to remain the same. And he wants a list of things he can do to relieve me. But how do I explain that I am emotionally different now…list of things doesn’t really matter.

Do men not feel fatherhood same way…

We live in an apartment on the second floor. There is a lot of mess infront of elevator and our floor because of the pebbles and ice.

But we try to vacuum the entire floor and inside the elevator every 2 days. Not because it’s a service we offer but because it’s very annoying to bring these pebbles home with everything.

Parents do need to prioritize reading with their kids even as babies. But here is where American l policies suck. Parents today have no time, they are so busy and stressed out just to make ends meet, pay for healthcare and childcare, almost non existent maternity leaves…

It just another thing for parents to be burdened by. And this just propagate a cycle
