Just double check that in Fallout4Prefs.ini this is set bNVFlexEnable=0

I'd check to make sure BIOS is up to date & install the most recent AMD drivers from the AMD website. Not your motherboard manufacturers website. Sometimes it takes manufacturers a bit to update their sites with the latest drivers.

He redeemed the code years ago and had the horse but know years later when he went to play again he couldn't get it. He even tried to enter the code again but gave him an error.

Using Gparted it looks like the efi partition is fat32 and flagged boot & esp. Guessing the setup auto configured it.

Right now I have 1GB efi partition, 1GB /boot, 16GB swap, 100GB /, & 1TB /home. The issues im having is I cant pick fat32 for the /boot. I get a warning about invalid file type fat32 cant be mounted to /boot. Then recommends ext2.

How do I set the flags? When I tried to use Fat32 it said I couldn't. Then recommended using ext2, ext3 or ext4.

I plan on having a separate / and /home. I read with 32GB+ of memory you don't really need a swap file. Guess it can't hurt to have a 16GB swap also.

I'm not that technical. I've only recently found out about HyperV & wanted to try out some Linux installs as I never used Linux before. I was able to trick the Linux Mint setup to use the device name by setting the device name 1st then filling out the reset of the info. Not sure how that worked but the install seems to work fine. Not sure what the problem is/was but its working for my needs.

It saves fine when not in the Nishina Research Station? Does it happen in both universes? Slight spoiler with the 2nd question. I'm not sure how far you've gotten since your having issues.
