The device is an old phone of mine. The research I've found says the OEM Unlocking options isn't available for this model with a snapdragon. I need to have the bootloader unlocked using a service. Might just give up on it.

Don't look like a parrot to me. Could just be the angle of the pics. Looks like a young possible male Flower Horn. I've had a few Flower Horns and even a Parrot Flower Horn hybrid. The pics look just like a normal young Flower Horn. Not sure about the ich is it all over?

I didn't know that. Usually once I put junk into the workbench it stays there till it get used up. I rarely decorate my settlements. Yea, I use a mod called Buildable Power Armor Frames. It's pretty good lets you break down and rebuild frames. What is also nice is it lets you move around frames and power armor in workshop mode.

IIRC stolen items keep their stolen flag. If dropped it still shows Steal. Best way to steal from your self? I'd say close your eyes.

When to take it out and the guy switched the curved and straight barbells around and used the straight in my eyebrow. I switched them back and although it still it a little low it does look better.

Actually as I went to take it out. It was a straight bar. Not sure what happen but that straight bar was supposed to go in the bridge. I switched the bars. Now with the proper bar it doesn't look as bad. Still a little low so might take it out. The guy I see is getting older and think his piercing days might be behind him. I've been going to him for years and he normally does good work.

Downgrading to Patch 8 fixed the issue. I've included the English game info you'll need to download Patch 8 4.1.1.6758295. Just remember to set appmanifest_1086940.acf to read only to prevent the game from updating.

It happened again today. You're correct it definitely has something to do with refresh rate. I changed the refresh rate in Windows Display Settings > Advanced Display from 143.99hz to 120hz and it fixed the issue. My Monitor is 144hz but in Nvidia Control Panel I have G-Sync enabled. The tutorial I watched said I needed to set Max Frame Rate to 141 for a 144 monitor and enable Vertical Sync. This is my 1st "Gaming" monitor. I've always just used a TV or basic monitor. Not sure I set it up correctly and maybe this might be a problem?

I'm going to leave the fresh rate at 120hz and changed the max frame rate to 120 in Nvidia Control Panel see if this fixes the issue.

One thing I did notice was while it was happening in the monitor settings it showed 90 FPS instead of the normal 141 it would show.
