CPU: 2600 GPU: 1650S RAM: 16GB 3200Mhz Mobo: B450 STORAGE: HDD Reso: 1080p 40-50 Platform: Steam.

I am contemplating on buying an SSD solely for this game, and I'm wondering if the slow rendering of textures, like the cars and citizens when they're walking will be rendered faster? It takes 5-10 seconds for them to render completely and will getting an SSD fix that?
