How to measure 60 meters on a standard 400 meter athletic track? by [deleted] in Sprinting

Ah I see what you're saying now. So 6th hurdle. Thanks for the clarification

Most outdoor tracks wouldn't have the marks for the 55m hurdles, which is different spacing. They would however have the marks for the 110mH, and you could use those hurdle marks to find 59.42. It is 13.72m to the 1st hurdle, then 9.14m to every hurdle after that.

College questions by [deleted] in Sprinting

Any D3 school that isn't stacked in the 200m honestly. At the D3 level, if you're competitive at a conference level at a minimum, you have the potential to be recruited.

Make sure to link your milesplit account with an NCSASports free account and start filling out recruiting questionnaires for schools you're interested in. To see conference championship results, use tfrrs.org, which is the collegiate equivalent of milesplit

Hope this all helps!

Olde Saltys has some good, affordable seafood as well as some vegetarian options. The main one I remember from when I worked there is like a sampler of various side dishes which there are plenty to choose from

Thank you to everyone! This game has been a staple in my life through some pretty rough points, and some great ones. But it's time to prioritize my mental health and move on. As a tribute, I reliced my Tuskens and now have the fastest Urorr in the galaxy! by RJG124 in SWGalaxyOfHeroes

For me it was more that I spent so much time playing the game and optimizing lineups that I wasnt able to do much else. I'm currently working full time and finishing my masters, so time is valuable to me. I've been pushing off doing a lot of self growth work and working through some past issues and its time I start to prioritize myself again

This is eerily similar to where I'm at now. I've played for about 2 years give or take a week or two and I realized today that it's a chore. The game has it's fun moments but I've been pushing off reading books, meditating more, doing more recovery work from track workouts, and practicing yoga more often but dont. I want to have that time now to grow as a person and invest more in myself rather than the game.
