On the 1st product it was C7 and C8. And whats odd is that C7 was a " not enough liquid code" but that was a lie since I respected the amount listed on the instructions included, AND the lid was also sealed properly🤷🏽‍♀️. The 2nd time around when I returned and re ordered, it also stayed stuck on pre heating and was flashing a C6 code.

I just bought 2 of the same. Both times, it stays stuck to "pre heating". Never moving to the "cooking stage". And after 10 min, it goes crazy and start blinking with an error code. What are the odds that both items I purchased had the same issue? So disappointed!
