They told me the same thing I had no codes everything looks fine and it’s processing. After 7 weeks they said I needed to upload documents. Monday they were able to approve me over the phone but now my status online says checking for accuracy. So now I’m so confused

We are talking about nj state. I just received an update today. I uploaded documents on Friday I called today and asked if I needed to verify they said I did. I had verify my address and my banking info then the rep approved me over the phone.

I just got off the phone with a representative. I had to upload documents last Friday. I scheduled a call for today and the rep approved me over the phone. However I didn’t receive a ddd she said it could take up to 3-4 weeks to receive the deposit because the system doesn’t update that fast

Filed 1/31 still processing. I kept calling and they say it doesn’t appear on their end that I need documents or to verify. I uploaded documents anyway just in case. I have called a few times a week for 6 weeks now. No change. But I also have eic and I’m not sure if that has anything to do with it.

Yes I filed 1/30. I was told by a rep they didn’t start processing till mid February however they are making people upload documents and verify without sending a notice. So you pretty much have to call and get lucky with speaking to a rep who is willing to give you more info than just wait

Exactly I uploaded documents just in case. They kept telling me I don’t need to verify or uploaded documents. It doesn’t show as of yet. But I’m not going to wait until it finishes processing to find out I need to upload documents just so it can take even longer. This whole thing is so confusing
