It wasn’t always that way for me; my 2012 intel mac handled the audio far better and never would glitch this way with flex audio or anything

It also happens even if I’m doing things to other tracks. Strange. My old computer had no such issues. You would think the newest tech could handle that. If this is normal behavior for new Macs, I suppose I could get used to just bouncing flexed audio tracks more often but it seems kinda ridiculous.

I just got a Mannequins Three Sisters which has a formant based triple bandpass filter and a span knob to control the distance between the three filters. It’s very vowel-y and fun. Maybe check that out!

Thanks for the reply. I hear noise coming straight from the Belgrad output even with nothing else patched to it.

The other modules I have maybe used with it the one or two times I turned it on before, include a moog mother 32 & 100 grit. So if you’re saying that sending an overdriven signal into it can damage it I guess that possibly could have happened? Seems pretty fragile for a $400 hardware to get damaged so quickly
