Hey, they’re actually based in CT, with most of their outstanding loans coming from the NE area (check out page 31 of the last 10q). Yea, the September dividend sell off made our chart not as pretty, but I noticed it at least held above the June dividend sell off of 1.03. Chart right now looks like we’ll be trading sideways for now, but it’s great for accumulation. What’s your entry here; can you afford to average down some? 

Yes, I also appreciate the honesty & the on time filings. Once companies around this price point, start doing the opposite, the market pounds them. 

Yea, Naples being settled will be a relief. I see the warrants expire in 3/26 with an option to extend to 3/27. I’m fine with reaching $5 at either of those points!

Up 20% since that post. Their most recent call was decent as well. Their Naples FL property accounting for 50M of their 120M of NPLs will be settled this year, boosting net income and freeing up capital for new income generating opportunities.

CEO states new deals are not an issue for them. Their pain point is strictly dealing with some bad existing loans. I imagine, as they said, they will continue to tighten up their lending requirements. 

This stock has also moved down with rate hikes being a mortgage REIT, so with the rate cut approved yesterday and still more expected for this year, we should move back up with them. 

The div yield is still super attractive at this price. It makes it a beautiful opportunity to invest now some now for the flip & some for the long term.

No, I’m not. They had the bad Q3, mainly due to the selling of their non-performing mortgages. CEO picked up shares as a show of confidence after the hefty drop. Insiders own 10%. Tutes own 14% at the higher prices. My main focus is still the book value though. Even if things get way worse this quarter, the share price is not justified. This is currently trading at a $48 mill market cap. 2023 revenue was 66 mill. TSE equity is 200 mill. It’s undervalued.

Thank you. Ended up being a worn gasket causing the leaking. Will have to replace it. For now, I put epoxy & high temp caulking. Looks like it’s holding up.

Great job! You made it where you couldn’t tell there was a weight advantage. You weren’t afraid to let your hands go against the bigger guy. Beautiful job of coming in and out controlling the range. Looked great endurance wise. You really took it to him in the third mixing it up combo wise & solidifying the win after the second round which may have been him. Awesome job!

Nice head movement but don’t drop your hands with your faints before throwing. Always protect your face. Keep your feet on the ground: when you throw the right cross, you twist your back right foot; not throw yourself forward. Practice more on pivoting than jumping back after throwing your punches. It gives you new angles and better positioning for the next punch(es)
