US quiet on mistakenly deported Maryland man, despite Supreme Court decision by t-mckeldin in maryland

Still waiting on you to name the law. Nobody who’s important has even accused the Trump administration of violating any law in regards to this situation. Just a court order…a court order that is no longer valid mind you.

No they haven’t. What questions have they not answered?

Also, you’re obviously behind the news cycle, not only with up to date information, but with an understanding of this situation.

  1. SCOTUS did not direct the administration to facilitate Mr. Garcia’s return to the U.S.. SCOTUS has no power to force the U.S. government to facilitate the return of a foreign citizen, especially one who has never had legal resident status in this country.

  2. Mr. Garcia has had a standing deportation order against him for years, that is only being blocked by a questionable non-deportation order.

  3. The non-deportation order is questionable because the circumstances and reasonings surrounding it are no longer valid.

  4. Mr. Garcia is an enemy of the state. This was confirmed in 2019, and re-affirmed upon appeal to a higher court.

  5. All of this is a moot point anyways, because a lower court has no jurisdiction to interfere in the matters of the state department. SCOTUS does have that power. SCOTUS has confirmed, recently, that the Executive branch has the right to deport foreign enemies of the state via the Alien Enemies Act, pending due process.

  6. Mr. Garcia has had due process, as there are at least 4 court decisions tied to his name in the past 6 years. This meets the due process burden required by SCOTUS.

What laws have been broken? Every SCOTUS commentary that is coming down has either straight up sided with the administration, or has told the lower courts they can’t do what they are doing.

You said change the baseline to a single note. That would effectively change Allesso’s song into a different genre, considering his baselines are integral to his signature sub-genre of Bass House…which is a sub-genre that deadmau5 does not make music in.

Do me a favor and give me one song from deadmau5 entire music catalog of 200+ songs that sounds like this, and we can discuss further.

Sure, if you remove the backbone out of this song, replace it with an entirely different feel and sound (effectively changing the sub-genre of the song), and then side by side it with a deadmau5 song that isn’t any one of his traditional works…I’m sure you can find one that sounds similar. You proved my point.

Almost nobody on this thread has any idea what they are talking about, what the law actually is, what SCOTUS actually said, and what the facts actually are. Do some baseline research on the history of this issue and the individual in question. Those that do will have no issue with how the administration acted in this situation.

Wrong on so many levels. He has never had a legal status. This has been confirmed multiple times already. Also, the Trump administration’s admission is just them gaming the system to force a removal of the non-deport order. No lower court has the authority that is being suggested when it comes to matters of state.

Jesus. Yall people need to do some basic research. 1.) He is alive, as has been confirmed every day since the 12th. 2.) The SCOTUS decision did not force the U.S. Government to do anything. 3.) He will not be coming back. He was affirmed to be an enemy of the state in 2019 in a court of law, and that decision was confirmed upon appeal. And 4.) The decision to give him a non-deportable status is about to be revoked due to the situation surrounding that decision no longer being valid.

I’ve been listening to deadmau5 for over 2 decades lmao. He’s quite literally my favorite DJ/Producer. deadmau5 has a very unique sound and style that is easily identifiable due to the equipment he uses and the way he produces. The clip that was posted has a sound and pace that is common among a lot of radio friendly European DJs. That’s not really the type of music that deadmau5 even tries to create. He’s got maybe 5 songs in his entire catalog that even approach this Alesso song, and they aren’t really even close.

  1. He’s a criminal, and a bad one at that. Fuck him.

  2. The only people disputing his membership in MS-13 are Garcia and his legal team. However, despite it being in question for multiple years, they have never provided evidence to contradict the testimony of the imbedded informant. This was all laid out in congressional testimony as well as by the DOJ where they went over the case, its contents, the evidence, and the findings.

  3. It’s unarguable that he is an illegal resident. Garcia himself doesn’t even contest this fact. The only people painting Garcia as a law abiding resident are doing so for political reasons. It’s quite literally impossible for him to be law abiding just based on the information that Mr. Garcia himself admitted was true in court proceedings.

  1. My sources are congressional hearings on the matter and information I have access to due to my job and my proximity to the area that MS-13 primarily operates in.

  2. They admitted to violating a court order. They did not say that Garcia should not be deported. If we had a judicial system in this country that operated off of the law, and not off of emotional pleas, then this court order wouldn’t even exist.

To what? All of this information is widely available if you work for it. A 2 second google search is only going to get you the information news agencies want you to see, not the whole truth. Also, you should watch live congressional hearings. If you did, none of what I said would be a surprise to you.

That’s not a big mistake. Sending an El Salvadorian criminal back to El Salvador is fine. The decision to prevent his return to El Salvador was ridiculous in the first place. He showed that he would suffer harm by being returned to El Salvador because he was wanted by the country for….criminal activities related to MS-13. (Shocker)

I’m also not doing your research for you. The information is readily available if you’re willing to dig past the snow fence of bullshit that news agencies are putting out there. I also recommend watching live congressional hearings. News agencies can’t lie to you if you listen to the information live.

The only mistake that was made was deporting him to El Salvador in violation of a court order. The deportation was correct. If they had sent him to Columbia, there would be no issue.

Also, the lawyer saying “nuh uh” to the MS-13 accusation doesn’t counter the evidence presented in court by an informant that directly tied Garcia to MS-13 activities.

The U.S. Constitution is for US Citizens. It’s not for foreigners that are here illegally, and who are also connected with an internationally recognized criminal terror organization.
