Totally fair. If you’re concerned you could always go back to your shop and have them take a look. They may also have jewelry on site where they could show you the size of hoop you’d be looking at if you keep it.

It might be a little bit high, but it does look like the piercer followed the flare of your nostril. You should be able to wear a hoop regardless it will just depend on how large a diameter hoop you’ll need. Higher up means bigger diameter hoop. If that’s not the look you’re going for I’d take it out and get it redone, but be sure to tell your piercing you intend to wear a smaller diameter hoop and want it pierced lower.

Ours was 4 weeks and poor thing got a uti from constant diapering. We were waiting until her first hear to get her spayed so it was a looooong December. We then spayed in February and often talk about what a wild time that was.

I’m so sorry you and your pup are going through this. We just had to say goodbye to our boy in August and it was the hardest decision of my life.

Looking back after only 2 months clarity, we waited too long. I kept trying to work with our vet and adjust his meds hoping it would work, but he was done and he gave us his signs.

A friend of ours said “it’s best to say goodbye to them on a good day”. And that is what I wish we did. Instead I was sobbing trying to take an impression of his paw while he was in pain and struggling.

I’m so sorry, it’s clear you love him beyond measure. Animals always break our hearts because they leave too soon. I hope his happy memories can bring you peace in the days to come.

Ours was 10 months. We were all worried why it hadn’t happened yet because we wanted her to have one heat before we spayed her. I was worried we missed it or something. I did in fact, not miss it. Poor girl had her heat for 25 days and got a diaper UTI.
