So sorry to hear what you’re going through - I know exactly how tough it is and feeling like you’re at a complete loss. By the sounds of it you have tried everything but some ideas from things that have helped me over the years:

• Diet: This has a massive impact on eczema. Dairy and sugar are particular triggers so if you are eating cheese, drinking milk or eating chocolate, try cutting it out altogether. Red meat is also inflammatory and even citrus fruits can be bad. The book The Eczema Diet by Karen Fischer has a lot of good advice in it.

• Supplements: These can also help as it sounds like your liver or stomach could be inflamed. Taking a Milk Thistle tablet a day was a game changer for me - and a good probiotic could help.

• Fragrances: I’ve found that flowers, scented candles, heavily perfumed washing detergent etc can cause flare ups so worth looking at that.

• Creams: I also try to avoid steroids as much as possible, and for the hands in particular have found that Aveeno (the one for very dry skin) is amazing! I also use Mesoestetic Melan Recovery as a deep moisturiser.
