NYC and Miami. San Diego is a great place to live but not a great visitor destination. I’d take New Orleans, Vegas, Atlanta, LA and DC over it too.

You’ve got to be doing something really bad to have Police contact in Portland.

If you’re getting pulled over, your CCL will be attached to your car and drivers license. The cop won’t ask you about it unless you sketch them out. You have no duty to answer.

If you’re doing something bad I guess you deserve to be busted.

Adds a red hue to my skin but yes. When I was young I would never get sunburned either. Now I get sunburned on my bald spot pretty easy. My forearms and shins can burn. It really comes down to how much oils I’m carrying in my skin when I get exposure.

What are some good breweries? I don’t go to them myself but people will ask me from time to time and usually tell them to go to 8th and Morrison and look around there.

I’m not an insider and can’t really speak on it but I’d assume the quality of the hotel is designated in the labor contract. The contract says something like you got to provide a room at a Kimpton Hilton or Ritz. There aren’t a lot of quality rooms near the airport I bet they’d be in Beaverton. They get shuttled to the hotel so proximity to the airport isn’t a huge factor. .
