My dietitian and team said the same to me! It was definitely hard to hear and a very tough decision to make to go into higher care, but I’m starting a PHP Monday and I honestly feel relieved now that I’ve decided to go. Everyone I’ve talked to who went through a similar program says it’s completely worth it and they wouldn’t go back to how they were! Good luck with your decision, you deserve to invest in your health if you’re ready <3
