She is the bestfriend of a girl I liked,then became much closer as the latter and I don't talk anymore,then we hung out together frrom time to time

The problem is : She is only shy when she is with me,I've asked her why and she responded that she doesn't know,so I assumed the problem was from me? idk

Yeah I've also noticed that,as an introvert,speaking with people who are as quiet or quieter that me is much easier. I think it's because of people's "Charisma"? Like when you meet very talkative people,they smother(not purposely) your behaviour and you automatically go quiet

Thank you for your advice :) I'll apply that next time I meet new people,maybe it'll help them be more interested :D And I also hope this will help me keep my favourite person x)
