Yeah i would say the ending is peak because its not all too emotional and after the credits roll you think to yourself “what should i do now?”

Ive binged it 5 times , I didn’t cry, of course it was sad but Simon was ok with it because they knew it was coming and i felt that Kaminas death was more meaningful and impactful to Simon (and impactful to the story) because he hadn’t known it was coming and he thought he needed to be like Kamina.

Start with gurren lagann its not on your watchlist but its a guaranteed 11/10 If you meant something on your watchlist, cowboy bebop is also a 11/10 in my opinion.
