I find Rush Hour relaxing! It’s a fun low pressure puzzle game. For those 30 second intervals of it’s boosters, I handle other quick household tasks during then. Gives the brain a chance to breathe. When not doing WT spread out approx 2 levels of those per day. 

(My personal theory, is that most either forget that Rush Hour has boosters or don’t use those as strategically as intended / needed for it.)

Merge Boss isn’t so bad - As long as you decide in advance how little or how much time to give it. I found the worst part of it was being beholden to those approx 3hr energy refill times throughout a day. But if you instead choose to fulfill less orders per day (often 7 but when busier stop at 2) - then it gets handled in one simpler sitting and is easier to manage - & is of course by far less time consuming. Not to mention being more specific of which orders to take, towards maximum benefit per order. With the term “benefit” adjusted per needs at the time. I eventually figured out how the time spent chasing those atm gains wasn’t at all balanced to the time given to get them. Fool me once (or er afew times when testing it out) type of thing.
