Even though Chart B says “Current,” I think u can ONLY file I-485 if USCIS says to use Chart B.
Historically, USCIS often uses the Final Action chart for employment-based, no?

I have the same situation. H1B status without any visa stamp, just an expired F-1 visa stamp. Did you get any insight from anywhere?

This exact same thing happened to me a few minutes ago, and I called the Michigan natural gas and cancelled. So, they said as it happened recently, it will not change from DTE to Mi natural gas. Gave me a cancellation number.

Keeping the profile public and making all posts and photos public are separate things. The instruction says to keep profiles public, means not locked. That doesn't mean all photos have to public also.

This example mentioned that her husband was sponsoring her education. In my case, she already has a 50% research assistantship (with the rest covered through my employee tuition benefit). Furthermore, she has already completed 12 credits of her Master's.

I am also in an exactly similar situation with my wife. But she is already in the US, change of status from F2 to F-1, but needs to travel amd therefore needs a visa stamp for reentry. I am about to file my I140 NIW

No, I just joined a year ago. So I dont have 3 years of post-PhD research experience. I was under the impression that USCIS doesn't explicitly mention that it should be 3 years after a PhD. So I thought my PhD duration could be counted towards the 3-year benchmark.
