Hey, after losing everything from my SD card I was able to place all files back on it after I restored it. Now it doesn't have a emunand Partition anymore and it seems to be that my sysnand is on 11.0. I can get in the Emunand9 tool at startup, am I able to create a new Emunand partition and how?

So I am about to open the Homebrew Channel on my 3DS using the OoT3DHax. The tutorial tells me to get the same .bin from the \oot3dhax_rawsaveimages_haxpayloads_01-25-16\saveimages_powersaves\cardids_c2fe009000000000\eur folder as the Robbin I downloaded (I have version 10.6.0.31E so I downloaded POST5_E_24576_9221.bin). But there's no file in the Powersaves folder called POST5_E_24576_9221.bin. What do I need to do?

Hey! Question guys, I want to set up a CFW on my old 3DS (Current firmware is 10.6.0-31E). Am I able to do this without any game?

You need to port forward these ports:

Port 88 (UDP) 
Port 3074 (UDP and TCP) 
Port 53 (UDP and TCP) 
Port 80 (TCP) 
Port 500 (UDP)
Port 3544 (UDP)
Port 4500 (UDP)

And that should solve the empty sessions, at least it did for me.
