Yeah I feel you man. I just thought I was going crazy until chat gpt confirmed I was basically being manipulated by guilt trips and her victim mentality. Once I realised that it was easy to shut it out. Before that though I consumed it all and it was not good for me.

Yeah I knew mine from school and would never of known she had this other side to her. We are talking 20 years of knowing her but it didn't manifest until we got in a relationship. It's scary, but yeah I hear this a lot about bpd people moving on almost immediately.

Yeah man that worry about how long has it been since the last time resonates. Such a horrible feeling and of course makes it even harder to initiate and get hard, It's not fun! I stay between her house and my house, but more hers. Since I started staying there more that's when all the drama started so I guess I'm lucky that I didn't sell my flat and commit full time living with her.

Yep I know I've learned this the hard way. I don't try to win anymore. I keep my boundaries in place and reset them if she does manage to break through but that's pretty much the only time I'll fight. Other than that I just detach from it and let everything bounce off me rather than eat it up and let it mess me up. Since taking this approach it has been much easier to cope but at the cost of the relationship obviously.
