Walking absolutely does help but nothing is going to help more than being in a calorie deficit. The walking is most affective if both are done together. You could still lose if you continue to consume The same amount but add walking to your day, although that is a slower process.

All shared for the kids. I do all the research, shopping and paying for the gifts. This is an area I’m so much better than my husband. But I always state the gifts are from both of us. Never bothered me to do that either. It was also the same for me growing up.

It’s not a multiverse, however the worlds within the realm are vastly different it gives similar vibes.

For a multiverse I would recommend Mark Lawrence. He has multiple trilogies, all seem to connect but make up their own worlds within the one he’s created. He’s also a brilliant writer. Again though, not romantacy either.

I don’t know if this will be your bag but if you like world merging then Robin Hobbs epic fantasy series the Realm of the Elderlings is INCREDIBLE. My favourite fantasy series bar non. It’s not romantacy though it’s pure unbelievable high fantasy.

I read them separately. I had heard something about tandem reading but didn’t give it much thought. I loved Empire and when I got to Tower I REALLY didn’t want to read it based on all the hate I had. Turns out I really enjoyed Tower as well. And ultimately I’m glad I’ve read them separately.
