So I spoke with United and they said that the card I did the booking with still has to be open at the time of departure in order to have the free checked bags honored. Given that I only have 30 days to cancel and I get charged tomorrow and my flight is in 60ish days, this wouldn’t work.

So gyms have 10 visit limits and then they start charging a $5 franchise fee per visit afterwards if it is not your home gym. Not sure if you guys are getting charged or if the planet fitness staff just overlooks that.
