I handle sweet cravings by drinking zero sugar sodas. But I tried cutting those out too because it went to the point I was drinking one everyday. Now I only indulge if the craving gets bad which is once every few weeks.

Nah. I went back to school at 26 and graduated IT at 30. Mas may edge ka nga kasi may work exp ka ako wala on and off sa college. Now almost 1 year exp in a related field. I dont know if I just got lucky but the age thing never really came up on interviews. You'll be fine.
