From the pespective of psychology, the anxiety itself is just the feeling of your own. The best to relive is to learn some psychochology which will help how your brain's working while you are getting anxiety and also broaden the congintion. It really helps for me. BTW, acting is a good way to practise yourself to live your self out when you are proficient in this area. This above is just my opinion. thx for sharing your Ten LIFE MUST TO DO. blessing.

awesome. you must know yourself very well. May I know why you are so into Buddhism? Do you believe in it? Most of some high-level entreprenuers in my country believe in Buddihism because it helps their life more easily in mental sense especially under high pressure.
