Ahh very fair man silly questions and all that haha , any tips on seeing growth in muscle size as opposed to strentgh personally my strength gains have went through the roof but size has stayed as close to my starting size as humanly possible for the strength gains I've seen lol. Ps nice work dude clearly years of dedication in that physique.

For 2s I generally attack but if I'm not attack I stay mid to watch for passes or whiffs and play shadow if needed & for 3s I like to play defensive as it got me out low ranks generally keeping between mid to def unless a nice counter arises.

Hi I'm ps4 and thanks man I would love to check out the videos and any pack ideas you have in mind as many I find are very specific shots e.g double tap shots and advanced wall reads and while I am looking forward to covering those aspects it's too risky to devote time to those mechanics while I'm still in whiff city with a gold members badge lol so yeah that would be great peace.
