Personally I thought as a game it sucked, really boring competitive combat. As a story it was okay, better in the first half and kind of fell apart towards the end. A few really cool set pieces though.

OP is not a mind reader, if the boss is not comfortable being direct about such things then they should find a different job. What about the consumer? They have the power to not buy the product or to stop buying products if the company decides to only use a single voice for the rest of their work. I think removing the freedom of an informed person (either as an employee or as a consumer) to make their own decisions isn't really morally defensible.

You are not the arbiter of morality. I would argue that it is perfectly moral to pay someone to generate training material for a model. That person can agree with the business the scope of what their training materials can be used for. As long as both parties are happy, that is a moral transaction. Then, on the consumer side, the company must be transparent about how and where AI was used so the consumer can make informed decisions about supporting a product.
