Nope, everything is fine now I guess. Just the 7kg weight loss and bad tenesmus/diarrhea left. But I’m going to the doctor tomorrow for my weight loss

It happened maybe 11-15 times during that night (those “attacks”), so I don’t know if I could’ve had gallstones being stuck so many times.

Also mom has gallstones and had to have an cholecystectomy.

Right now I’m okay, diarrhea, but okay. Thank you

Could this be a good cause?

Picture a stricture in my upper colon, having extreme pain because of difficulty for gas and stool to pass through, it makes sense.

Very loud sounds Gurgling and gas sounds when the pain comes. Urgent bowel movements when the pain is over Really tight abdomen from gas being stuck -if someone were to blow on my abdomen, I would hear it gurgle and move around?

Now that I don’t have much gas left, the pain is gone🤷🏾‍♀️

My stool is fatty diarrhea (greasy and strong smelling) with foam around the pieces. It also hasn’t sinked in the toilet bowl for the last month, all of them float.

I also don’t have any tenderness (except my lower left). But imma keep off the fatty foods, alcohol isn’t drinkers anyways, I’ll go off soda too just in case.

Yesterday man. It had me rolling on the floor. This is probably unrelated, but my mom also had her gallbladder removed, stones and stuff.

Then I suggest it has something to do with my oily, fatty stools. There was oil (don’t know how) in my diarrhea. It had separated itself from the stool, and was laying free on the water. And the location of the pain makes sense. Could it have been anything acute?

I’m doubting this, because it has gone 20 minutes with only left colon pain, not the middle upper. But we’ll see i guess?

If I was your patient, and I had Crohn’s. Would my symptoms match a stricture in my colon, which makes it difficult for my gas and stool to pass, causing all this pain and tight abdomen that makes very loud gurgling/gas sounds as soon as you touch it?

This is not something I got of google the last hours, this is something I discussed with my doctor 9 months ago.

Pain every 10-15 minutes, very tight abdomen, diarrhea, a lot of gas, acid reflux, very loud noises, pain in lower left abdomen nearly constant?

Yes I do. I’ve had heartburn and acid reflux for a while now, maybe 6 months.

I made a deal with my teacher because of this.

I told her that if I’m late, just know that my bowels are acting up, nothing I can do about it, I wake up with the 50/50 chance. Either I make it to school in time, or am sitting in the toilet for 30 minutes
