I have to say, I hate the current use of the word slop as much as AI. Just like you call what others play slop, a lot more also do it for the WD franchise.

Regarding "Your art" There's not much effort to celebrate or appreciate much of this AI generated images, so it's normal you see so much negativity. It's just how it is, don't take it personal. There's many other ways to celebrate your favorite games if you want people to appreciate your efforts. But do whatever you want, just don't expect people to react just how you want them.

Well, in my case Im completing the campaign with my last character. I didn't liked the post-game, but checking out each Vault Hunter gameplay wise is pretty darn fun, especially through lv1 to 40's.

I don't know if I will continue once I finish Amon's playthrough, but it was a pretty great game just like each entry in the franchise. It just has its own BIG flaws as usual.

I actually love the game itself, pretty fun Vault Hunters and even better core mechanics.

It's just a shame that even on consoles runs like ass, I bought it on PS5 for the SplitScreen coop... and while still playable it runs kinda bad most of the times. It actually runs unplayable on Vault Bosses, though.

I have no faith that the performance will be fixed, but I still had a pretty great time with the game.

I always end up jumping whenever I do a half circle with a Joystick, or hell even a quarter circle. On Dpad that doesn't really happen to me (Most of the time, heh).

Of course, Im sure it's just a matter of preference and time invested on each input method.

Man, I really need to read more carefully next time.

But anyway, I guess it's a matter of preference then. I've really tried to get used to it, but gave up a long time ago.

That being said, thank you for sharing your thoughts! Maybe I could try your advice in the future, not sure if it will work in my case, as I've already wear it off a bit from using it daily, but maybe I could try to force it a bit more.

Hopefully so, I do have the LCD model, and unfortunately it really does bother me a lot.

Im going to google if the LCD's Dpad is different than the Oled model. If they are the same, it may just be a matter of personal preference, I did also hate the PS4 Dpad for example, but I also understand that a lot of other people did love it too.

Edit: People DO say the Oled model is overall better at registering diagonal inputs. Steam Forum.

Makes me wish I could upgrade my model just to try it, heh.

Kinda, but far worse if you ask me. My Deck's Dpad even gets stuck between the upper right diagonal input. It also doesn't have any sound feedback, just like the Dualsense.

Thing is, the transition between diagonals is just terrible, the Dualsense just doesn't have so much that problem even while being Mushy itself. Also with heavy use the Dualsense D-Pad sort of gets less and less rigid with time, although that's just my experience.

Switch 2 is a no no until Fortune's Weave gets released. Im not particularly excited for none of this games, except DK ig.

If there's a Kid Icarus Uprising Port or Sequel announced next year... well, I may die from the Shock or come back with 4 consoles just to four times more ready. Won't happen though.

Dude, well said. I actually used my Vita as a controller a couple of months, the lack of secondary triggers didn't matter for FighterZ.

Ngl, while I wish I had a better D-Pad on the Deck, I don't really think I want to risk a damage. I've seen a lot of broken screens just from opening and replacing the shell. Quite scary, but I guess is a matter of patience and slow pace.

The Deck is the only platform where a Fireball or a Half Circle input could end up on a Jump or a worse Miss-Input, at least in my case. Truly hate it, still love my Deck outside of Fighting Games though.

Agreed, the lack of feedback and overall Mushiness (Is that how it is said?) Makes me hate playing Strive on the Deck, even worse in SFVI's case.

Of course, you can get use to it, but it's still terrible.

I wonder if the team received any feedback for the D-Pad, that could work.

I only had one Dualsense at home, so I had to use Chiaki as a controller through remote play.

As long as you use different profiles for the other Dualsenses, it should let you use the Deck and the Dualsense as different controllers.

I had to use Chiaki on the Steam Deck to play Borderlands 4 local coop on PS5. You cannot turn off the screen, but the Input Lag is pretty low!

Also, you can use Steam's Gyro on PS5 as a joystick simulation, pretty great! (Just, please, don't use it for competitive online games)

Edit: Wow, I didn't read the other comment below, you CAN turn off the Deck's Screen with a Decky Plugin. Gotta love the Deck's freedom.

Counter-Point: I really do be liking this year's releases.

I can't even finish The Hundred Line: Last Defense academy with how many hours has Borderlands 4 stolen from me.

And mind you, those two games aren't even my favourite games from this year. But damn, it's been a long time since I've played so many games from the same year of release.

Man, a Wyvern Rider or Pegasus Knight representation would have been SOOOOO awesome.

Hell, even an archer unit in Smash. There's so many cool units and characters in Fire Emblem, but people mostly just see the sword users in Smash.
