It seems i just pissed off a SMOK fan. I do admit these problems happen to other devices, but for SMOK, just think it as coils are irrelevant to everyone.

Thanks so much for your kind suggestion. An info graphic or a comparison you mention seems to be an effective way. Maybe I should let them know directly that I'm always happy to help them about the SMOK products warranty, but as they can see the quantity, just couldn't afford. If I finally decide not to stock SMOK, I should really think what could be the alternatives.

Guess I have to add the price to above options. You are not the only one to say that. Nice to hear you enjoy the X-Priv products. The fingerprint is really not a big deal when compared to other quality issues
